The Notre-Dame Fire

While most of the coverage surrounding the fire at the Notre-Dame has focused on destruction, a new report shines a spotlight on objects that were saved—16 sculptures, to be exact, that were removed from the cathedral just days before the blaze. [The New York Times]

In June, Gagosian gallery will stage a show at its Paris gallery in which all of the proceeds will go toward the rebuilding efforts at Notre-Dame. [ARTnews]
